elmart is hosting a floor at the Satisfaction festival taking place on the 24th of August. The party is traditionally thrown in Bad Hall in Upper Austria. That evening you will get five hours of non-stop electronic music from our artists and a special guest dj. Alex Lemar will be playing smooth Tech-House and Classic Techno, our special guest - BD Funkstar (EME, Fullmoon Party) will heat up the crowd with his individual Techno and Drum & Bass sounds for partying all night long. Elmart event HERTZSCHLAG took place in club Cembrankeller, Linz (Austria) on 17th of December. Our event was very successful - our guests, the artists and all involved parties had celebrated a great night. One guest said: 'This event will write Techno history in Austria'. Starting from the 25th of October 2011 Alex Lemar's first single on HouseArt is available on several online platforms (e.g. iTunes, Amazon, DJ Tunes, Trackitdown, Wasabeat,...). For his first single on HouseArt he produced a deep Tech-House track. His track 'Underground Distortion' was remixed by producer BenCross, who adds more rhythmic elements into. All in all a solid two track single in style of Tech-House, perfect for heating up the floor. For his single he got feedback by many international DJ's and especially by Markus Schulz ('cool will try thanks'). Lately he remixed various projects for Joaquin Phunk and Tom Barkley, Karl S. and many more. Starting from the 22nd of December 2010 Tom Barkley and Joaquin Phunk's follow-up single is available on several online platforms. In June 2010 they released the original of 'Geist EP' which got feedback from international DJs as well as from a lot of Austrian DJs. The remixes are produced by Alex Lemar who is a member of our HouseArt crew. He remixed the first title 'Stadtgeist' to a minimalistic track with piano sounds, synths and a deep bassline. Moreover, Alex Lemar mixed the second title 'Waldgeist' to a grooving Tech-House track with a pumpin hook and the original melody. Make sure to get Tom Barkley and Joaquin Phunk's new single!

In April 2010, HouseArt signed the new artist Alex Lemar. Since year 2008 he is supporting the labels elmart and HouseArt as assistant and got insight into the DJ, label and recording business. He produced the track 'Table Dance' together with HouseArt producer Joaquin Phunk and did a remix for Karl S.'s track 'Time Bomb'.
