| In April 2010, HouseArt signed the new artist Alex Lemar. Since year 2008 he is supporting the labels elmart and HouseArt as assistant and got insight into the DJ, label and recording business. He produced the track 'Table Dance' together with HouseArt producer Joaquin Phunk and did a remix for Karl S.'s track 'Time Bomb'.
